Responsibilities
- Provide technical support within our systems administration group.
- Maintain networks and computing environment.
- Work alongside senior technologists to improve automation skills.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years prior desktop support or related experience.
- Solid knowledge of PC hardware and computer internals.
- Ability to troubleshoot workstation OS (Linux), applications, peripherals, network and audio-visual issues.
- Working knowledge of Linux command-line.
- Familiarity with Git.
- Experience with hardware monitoring and performance tuning.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
