Responsibilities
- Cold Calling & Consulting: You will contact new leads daily in the B2B sector and excite companies about our offerings. - B2B Focus: Your mission is to acquire corporate clients for our job board and advertising solutions. - Deal Closure: You will conduct sales conversations with a goal-oriented and successful approach. - Pipeline & CRM Management: You will diligently maintain leads and ensure professional follow-up. - Feedback & Optimization: You will provide insights into customer needs to continuously improve campaigns and our B2B products.
Requirements
- Phone Enthusiasm: You love to talk on the phone, meet new people, and sell proactively. - Communication Talent: You are articulate, persuasive, and bring a positive demeanor on the phone. - Sales Drive & Goal Orientation: You want to not only meet but exceed your goals. - Sales Experience: Ideally 1-3 years of experience in call centers, tele-sales, promotion, or B2B sales. Motivated career changers with talent are explicitly welcome! - Empathy & Understanding of Target Groups: You can quickly empathize with the decision-making processes of companies. - Resilience: A 'no' motivates you to perform even better. - Language Skills: German at a native level, good English skills.
