Responsibilities
- Support partners throughout the integration process, from setup to launch.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from the engineering team.
- Identify and suggest improvements for smoother integrations.
- Represent Wert in partner chats, ensuring partners feel supported and informed.
- Maintain and expand the knowledge base and internal documentation.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to share partner feedback.
Requirements
- Experience with Web3 or blockchain technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
