Responsibilities

- Work with real legal cases in corporate lending transactions.
- Participate in the development of digital infrastructure for legal support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find innovative solutions for automating legal expertise.
- Propose solutions aimed at AI transformation of business processes.
- Implement projects within the ESG agenda, including social projects.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Higher legal education and/or higher IT education (including bachelor's or master's students).
- Ability to systematically analyze and apply Russian legislation in corporate law, propose non-standard solutions, and minimize legal risks.
- Strong analytical skills, knowledge of basic logic principles, and proficiency in standard office software (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Developed communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in modern prototyping tools and skills in working with LLM at a confident user level.
- Knowledge of process automation basics and programming, creative thinking.
- Experience in writing simple algorithms in Python or pseudocode will be an advantage.
