Responsibilities

- Analyze customer journey, gather feedback, organize surveys, and research customer experience.
- Prepare management, financial, and analytical reports for management.
- Formulate hypotheses for deviation analysis.
- Develop methodological documentation.
- Work with data from customer databases and banking products to risk and sales efficiency indicators.
- Verify and correct data in systems, work with knowledge bases.
- Support current functionality and participate in building the customer experience research system.

- Advanced MS Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros).
- Graduate of bachelor's degree/specialty in 2025-2027 or master's degree in 2025-2027.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python (confident skills are a plus).
- Ability to work with large volumes of information and analyze its quality.
- Knowledge of the basics of economics, mathematics, statistics, and banking products.
- Proficiency in office programs (MS Word, MS Outlook, My Office) and telecommunications tools.
