Internal Communications and HR Brand Expert

An international company developing internal communications, corporate culture, and HR branding to support business growth and employee engagement.

- Develop and enhance internal communications strategy in line with company goals - Create and distribute content for internal communication channels (newsletter, intranet, email, announcements) - Work with top management on corporate messages and announcements - Ensure consistent style and quality of internal communications - Plan communications according to business events and corporate initiatives - Develop programs to enhance employee engagement and corporate culture - Analyze the effectiveness of internal communications and gather employee feedback - Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other teams - Administer internal communication platforms (intranet, Slack, etc.) - Support HR communications, employer branding, and internal HR initiatives

- 3–5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or PR - Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and executives - Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills - Ability to create clear messages for a broad audience - Experience in content planning and event coordination - Proficiency in intranet platforms, Slack, and email distribution tools - Skills in analyzing communication effectiveness - Experience with employer branding is a plus - Experience in change management communications is a plus - Experience organizing town halls and all-hands meetings is a plus
