Internal Sales Manager

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Internal Sales Consultants. • Partner with the Head of Intermediary Sales to develop, implement, and track targeted sales campaigns. • Provide ongoing coaching on sales techniques and product knowledge. • Manage the daily workflow of the desk, ensuring high-quality support for the external sales team. • Ensure compliance with FINRA and firm policies. • Drive effective utilization of the firm's sales technology stack. • Serve as a key liaison between the Internal Desk and other departments.

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales organization within an asset management or wealth management firm. • Demonstrated track record of successfully coaching and developing junior sales talent. • Strong understanding of the wealth management landscape. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. • Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required. • FINRA Series 24 license or willingness to obtain it within six months required. • Familiarity with Salesforce is a must.
