Job description
We are expanding our international business and looking for a strong sales manager to help scale our client base in foreign markets, primarily in Africa, India, and Latin America.
Responsibilities
• Search and attract new clients in international markets
• Conduct negotiations and product presentations
• Manage clients through the sales funnel until closing deals
• Work with CRM systems and reporting
• Achieve sales and client acquisition targets
• Build long-term relationships with partners and clients
• Interact with the CEO on sales development issues
Requirements
• Age between 20 and 30 years
• 3+ years of sales experience
• Experience with IT companies or IT products
• Confident spoken and written English
• Skills in Excel and CRM systems
• Experience in negotiations and closing deals
• Systematic, initiative, and results-oriented
• Candidates residing outside of Russia are considered
• Experience with international markets is a plus
• Independence, high communication skills, and ability to work remotely

• Probation period: 1 month
• Income during probation: 1000 USDT
• KPI during probation: attract 3 clients
• After probation: from 1500 USDT + commission on sales
