Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of investment transactions from term sheet through close.
- Design and drive the due diligence process across commercial, financial, legal, and regulatory dimensions.
- Author and own Investment Committee memoranda and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned portfolio companies post-close.
- Drive the build-out and continuous improvement of Tether RISE fund's investment operating infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development.
- Advanced financial modelling skills and strong command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of venture and growth-stage investment dynamics.
- CFA charterholder or CAIA designation required (or demonstrable progression toward completion).
