Seeking an IT Business Analysis Team Lead for Fintech, DeFi, and Blockchain projects in Moscow. Hybrid work format.
Responsibilities
- Gather and describe business requirements for foreign trade products.
- Data extraction, report building, and deviation analysis.
- Set metrics for the direction.
- Formalize client journey scenarios for foreign trade clients.
- Prepare product packaging: value proposition, tariffs, offers.
- Participate in product hypothesis launches and usage analytics.
- Conduct competitive and client segment analysis.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of cross-border settlement principles and processes.
- Understanding of currency control and compliance processes in banking.
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in fintech.
- Good understanding of regulatory requirements for cross-border operations.
- Experience in product research and market analysis.
