Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve requests regarding IT systems issues and enhancements.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provision, configure, and maintain company laptops using MDM tools.
- Administer and support IT systems and applications.
- Diagnose and perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, and other network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and maintain Audio/Video systems for conference rooms.
- Configure, install, and monitor IT systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or a similar technical role.
- Experience configuring and supporting Windows and macOS endpoints.
- Basic network troubleshooting experience.
- Experience managing and participating in IT projects.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
- BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
