IT Helpdesk Specialist

- Accept and process requests from company employees in the technical support service - Conduct diagnostics and determine the causes of incidents - Monitor internal IT infrastructure and critical services - Close requests according to regulations - Resolve technical incidents remotely and at employee workplaces: install and configure software and applications, connect to the corporate network, configure network connections, drivers, and mobile devices, lay structured cabling, implement new systems and services.

- Have similar work experience of at least one year - Proficient in Active Directory at an advanced user level - Basic knowledge of computer networks and networking equipment - Know Windows and Linux operating systems at an administrator level, skilled in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) - Experience in servicing computers and office equipment, knowledge of components, experience in assembling PCs and installing OS from scratch - Possess qualities such as stress resistance, communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, result-oriented mindset, ability to work both in a team and independently, positive attitude, and a desire to work and develop.
