IT Operations and Infrastructure Engineer

- Design, deploy, and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services. - Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. - Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups. - Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other critical IT services. - Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions. - Monitor and manage cloud resource utilization and costs. - Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests. - Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures and infrastructure. - Implement and enforce IT security policies. - Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. - Lead or participate in IT infrastructure projects. - Coordinate with other departments to fulfill IT requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations. - Experience with cloud technologies, servers, and network management. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP). - Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux). - Experience with ITSM applications (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow). - Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). - Experience with network technologies (e.g., Fortinet). - Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python). - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are preferred. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy objects.
