Responsibilities
- Communication with clients: gathering requirements, processing requests;
- Building a development pipeline in an Agile environment and setting tasks for the team;
- Controlling deadlines, quality, and profitability;
- Risk assessment and management;
- Acceptance and delivery of work, maintaining documentation;
- Optimizing processes and interaction between teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of PM experience, including experience in outsourcing/custom development/agencies;
- Ability to establish effective communication with both clients and development teams;
- Experience in financial planning and project performance management;
- Independence, initiative, and results-oriented;
Conditions
- Employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation or as an individual entrepreneur.
