We are an international iGaming holding with dynamic growth and ambitious goals. Our team already has over 4000 employees worldwide, with a geography covering 30 offices in 9 countries — from Cyprus to Latin America.
Responsibilities
### What You Will Do
- Actively source candidates through job sites, social networks, communities, and other resources;
- Conduct interviews and screenings together with leads;
- Manage the recruitment process from profile formation to offer;
- Maintain constant communication with hiring managers, gather feedback;
- Keep records and perform analytics;
- Research the market and implement new recruitment tools.
Requirements
### What Is Required
- Experience in recruiting and HR for at least 2 years;
- Practice in closing complex and top positions (AI/ML, Head, C-level);
- Understanding of product and performance marketing;
- Ability to accurately assess soft and hard skills;
- Excellent communication skills, confident self-presentation;
- Advanced level of working with LinkedIn, Boolean search;
- Experience in sourcing through Telegram, communities, non-standard channels;
- Willingness to manage 5+ active vacancies simultaneously;
- Engagement, initiative, high level of autonomy.
