Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Validate and direct technical solutions of the team
- Design project components and assist in architectural decisions of the service
- Participate in the development of new functionality and the enhancement of existing features in Java/Kotlin (Spring, Kafka, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL)
- Lead code reviews and foster engineering culture
- Participate in task estimation and planning
- Interact with clients and development, testing, and support teams
- Contribute to the growth of junior and middle developers' expertise in the department
Requirements
### Requirements
- Higher technical education
- At least 4 years of experience in industrial software development using Java/Kotlin
- Experience in commercial development with any of the frameworks: Spring Boot, Quarkus, Micronaut, or Vert.x
- Experience in commercial development with one of the containerization tools: Kubernetes, Docker, or OpenShift
- Experience in commercial development with one of the brokers: Kafka, Rabbit MQ, or Active MQ
- Experience with version control systems
- Experience in commercial development with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle is a plus
