We are looking for a Junior Business/System Analyst to work at the intersection of product, system analysis, and AI tools. The role involves backlog management, requirement gathering, and communication with product and development teams.
Responsibilities

- Managing and prioritizing the backlog (Jira / Notion)
- Gathering and processing requirements, task decomposition
- Writing specifications, user stories, scenarios, and acceptance criteria
- Supporting documentation (API, integrations, checklists)
- Communicating with product, development, and design teams
- Participating in solution development and task agreement
- Using AI tools (Claude Code) to accelerate work
Requirements

- Experience as an analyst for at least 1 year
- Understanding of product logic and business value of features
- Ability to manage the backlog and formulate clear tasks
- Basic understanding of REST API and web application architecture
- Ability to write SQL queries for data verification and analysis
- Ability to work in a team and negotiate
