Job description
Join Sber as a Junior Data Scientist to develop AI agents and optimize LLM models for banking processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents and integrate multi-agent systems into banking processes.
- Optimize and fine-tune LLM models for business domains.
- Deploy models to production and build data processing pipelines.
- Develop quality metrics and conduct A/B tests.
- Create Python services and collaborate with development and analytics teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in DS/ML engineering.
- Deep understanding of transformer architecture and experience with RAG.
- Proficient in Python and writing clean, maintainable code.
- Experience with distributed computing and orchestration.
- Understanding of MLOps processes and deploying services on GPU.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security in enterprise LLM usage.
