Job description
Emerging Travel Group is a global travel-tech company whose brands have been operating in over 220 source markets since 2010. Responsibilities
- Support different types of ETG events (big international fairs, business breakfasts and dinners, networking events, online conferences, webinars, workshops); - Maintaining budgets, signing contracts, paying invoices, preparing reporting documents; - Collecting needs from internal teams, creating event timelines, communicating with project teams to organize the event; - Planning & conducting weekly project team calls; - Searching for contractors (worldwide) for online and offline events, conducting briefings, leading communication with exhibition organizers and different events venues; - Working with the design team; - Leading or assisting in event content, creating event scripts, participating in creative briefings; - Ensuring a smooth completion of the event and resolving any problems that may arise on site during the events; - Analyzing the success of the event and preparing analytical reports, using the data to continually improve future event delivery.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in event management or related roles; - Experience working with contractors and organizing both offline and online events; - Strong written and spoken English; - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; - Experience in budget tracking (Excel, Google Sheets, Trello, etc.) and task managers (Trello, Asana, etc); - Proactive, self-motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
