Join Sber as a Junior Java Developer to work on product agents, orchestrators, and backend services. Engage in innovative AI integrations and multi-agent systems.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Develop new product agents in Java and Python.
- Design and enhance the Orchestrator - the core of request routing between agents (including LLM and rule-based logic).
- Build classic backend services integrated with Bella.
- Participate in transforming monolithic logic into GenAI Platform - create frameworks for connecting new agents and services.
- Understand RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent systems.
Requirements
### Requirements
**Hard skills:**
- Java: basic knowledge of Core, multithreading, experience with versions 15/17+.
- Microservices: Spring Boot / Spring Cloud.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, basic knowledge of structure and principles.
- Asynchronous interaction (preferable): Kafka.
- Understanding of LLM, RAG, vector databases - will be an advantage.
- Flexibility: willingness to read/understand Python code (agents are also written in Python).
**Soft skills:**
- Active involvement: you don't just take tasks in Jira, you participate in shaping the architecture of agents and the orchestrator.
- Ability to understand non-standard things: multi-agent systems, GenAI, integration of AI with classic backend.
- Ability to communicate with both AI engineers (Python) and classic developers (Java).
