Responsibilities
- Evaluate merchant applications, ensuring compliance with operational risk appetite.
- Conduct refresher reviews of the existing merchant portfolio.
- Assist in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
- Recommend actionable conditions for approval to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years in fintech, payments, banking, or financial services.
- Understanding of KYC/KYB due diligence and transaction risk.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheet software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
