Job description
We are a fintech/crypto company Paycot. We work with B2C and B2B directions: buying, selling, and exchanging cryptocurrency for private users, as well as crypto processing, embedded on/off-ramp widget, corporate on/off-ramp, and OTC desk for businesses.
Responsibilities
• Manage and develop Paycot's social media
• Prepare content for LinkedIn, Telegram, X/Twitter, Instagram/Facebook
• Assist with content for team members' personal profiles
• Create a content plan
• Use AI for ideas, research, drafts, and content adaptation
• Provide briefs to designers for banners, carousels, and ad creatives
• Launch and test ads in Meta Ads, later in LinkedIn Ads
• Analyze results and draw concise conclusions
Requirements
• Junior/Middle level
• Experience in SMM / digital marketing
• Understanding of content and advertising
• Experience with Instagram/Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn, or X/Twitter
• Basic experience with Meta Ads
• Proficient written English
• Ability to write clearly, structurally, and concisely
• Experience with AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.
• Willingness to learn about fintech/crypto topics
