We are an arbitration team with a 3-year background. We have transitioned from classic verticals to launching our own unique products and need more great people on our team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain pace: the main flow is Sales Managers. Quickly engage and filter candidates.
- Listen and hear: conduct initial interviews, assess soft skills and relevance of experience.
- Stay connected: closely communicate with team leads to understand who is needed at the moment.
- Manage the process: transparent reporting without unnecessary details.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 months of experience in recruiting OR be willing to learn from scratch if you can listen to a mentor and quickly absorb information.
- Understand the difference between 'just searching' and 'closing a vacancy'.
- Possess high empathy: able to 'read' a candidate in a 15-minute conversation.
- Communicate fluently and competently, able to present the team in a way that makes candidates want to join us.
