GlenFlow is an international team engaged in the recruitment of technical and non-tech specialists in a remote format.
Responsibilities
- Search for candidates through LinkedIn, Djinni, Upwork, and other platforms
- Conduct initial screening interviews
- Coordinate interviews and communication with candidates
- Maintain recruitment documentation and support HR operations
- Interact with the CEO, Head of HR, and Product Operations team
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment/sourcing (preferably IT)
- English Intermediate+
- Experience with LinkedIn, Djinni, and Upwork
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and proactivity
