### Responsibilities: - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of recruitment data within our ATS and other platforms, and generate essential reports. - Support the team in ensuring all recruitment processes are correctly followed, flagging deviations, and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. - Assist in the maintenance and basic alignment of our ATS and other recruitment tools to user needs. - Design and implement initiatives that proactively enhance the candidate journey, from initial outreach through onboarding. - Partner with stakeholders to strategically align recruitment efforts with overarching business objectives and workforce planning.

### Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
