Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment of technical and business specialists from request to offer
- Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment matters
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further selection stages
- Maintain ATS and keep candidate data up to date
- Build talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
- Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Experience in sourcing for technical and/or business roles
- Sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with ATS systems
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Fluent English
- Interest in employer branding and candidate experience is a plus
- Experience in IT, fintech, gaming, or other fast-growing industries is an advantage
