Job description
We are a technology developer in the IT and fintech sector, creating solutions for financial management and payment process organization. We support high-load systems that ensure the stability and security of our clients' financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Develop the merchant base through upselling, cross-selling, and working with referral partners.
- Support merchants at all stages of the lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact.
- Analyze traffic and average check: track the volume and amount of requests, identify deviations and growth points.
- Manage the merchant's position in the cascade, agree on prioritization conditions.
- Control the quality of integration: maintain test accounts and conduct regular checks.
- Develop cross-border direction: analyze traffic dynamics, work on payment methods and geography requests.
- Interact with financial and legal departments on settlements, rates, profitability, risks, contracts, and KYB.
- For the Head of KAM role: manage the team, control department KPIs, distribute workload, and build internal processes.
Requirements
- Experience in the KAM role - at least 2 years.
- Mandatory experience in the payment industry (PSP, acquiring, payment gateways, or related products). Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
- Mandatory experience working with high-risk merchants. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
- Understanding of payment processes: transactional logic, cascades, gateways, payment methods.
- Skills in analyzing client traffic and commercial metrics.
- Experience in developing an existing B2B portfolio and conducting negotiations.
- Ability to build cross-functional interaction with product, finance, and legal departments.
**Will be a plus:**
- Knowledge of KYB/AML basics and regulatory requirements in the payment sector.
- English language at B2 level or higher.
- For the Head of KAM role - confirmed experience in team management.
