We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong background in fintech. In this role, you will manage and develop relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and contributing to revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Guide and support clients through all onboarding stages.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients.
- Negotiate and close complex B2B deals with decision-makers in enterprise companies.
- Maintain and develop trustful, transparent, and long-term client relationships.
- Monitor KPIs and key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Reside outside of Russia/Belarus.
- Experience in account management (B2B, fintech) or payment management with similar functions.
- Experience in client onboarding for 'direct acquiring' products.
- Strong communication and self-organization skills, result-oriented.
- English — Upper-Intermediate / Advanced.
