- Identify and build relationships with local KOLs, influencers, and communities.

- Manage and track KOL marketing strategies for optimal performance.
- Stay informed on local industry trends and adapt strategies.
- Organize and participate in offline events to support KOL collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Good understanding of the European KOL ecosystem.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Polish; professional working proficiency in English.
- 2-5 years of experience in KOL business development or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with crypto trading.
- Proven ability to drive trading volume via KOLs or growth partnerships.
