Lead 1C WMS Developer

We are looking for a Lead 1C WMS Developer to lead a small team and develop mechanisms in 1C WMS. The role involves interaction with analysts and integration work.

### Responsibilities - Development and enhancement of mechanisms in 1C WMS (Citek); - Interaction with analysts, checking and evaluating requirements for 1C WMS modifications; - Modifications of integrations between internal 1C systems and external warehouse systems via RabbitMQ message broker; - Leading a small group of developers (2-3 people), setting and controlling task execution; - Working with agile methodologies.

### Requirements - Higher technical education; - Experience as a developer on the 1C platform for at least 4 years, in a Middle or Senior position for at least 3 years; - Understanding and mastery of 1C development standards; - Understanding of the principles of typical 1C configurations; - Presence of a 1C Specialist certificate for the platform; - Experience with 1C WMS Citek or Axellot; - Ability to decompose and evaluate tasks; - Ability to delegate tasks to subordinates and control their execution.
