Lead AI Artist

Ambition is a CG&AI studio for advertising. Our studio has already implemented several commercial projects using AI tools for major brands. We currently have a lot of interesting work within large advertising campaigns and need reliable hands and flexible minds.

- Generate images and videos - Retouch and composite AI shots - Participate in the development of AI workflow - Lead and manage projects

- Portfolio with real commercial AI work, fresh experience - Experience with projects for large clients - Proficiency in Comfy UI (must-have) - Retouching and compositing skills - Keep up with new AI tools, experiment, develop new approaches, document processes - Experience working in a studio/agency is a plus - Experience in CG/VFX is an advantage

- Hybrid format (office at ArtPlay, near Kurskaya — a few times a week) - Employment through individual entrepreneur/small business/contract - All necessary subscriptions, AI tools, and support from the CG team provided by the company - Open to discussing your salary expectations
