Selecty is creating an AI assistant for tour sales — a product that will change how millions choose and purchase vacations. This is a startup within a large company.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- AI system architecture: from selecting LLM models to building RAG pipelines and integrating computer vision.
- Quality of recommendations: ensure AI helps users find the perfect vacation.
- Rapid iterations: deploy changes weekly, gather metrics, analyze, and improve.
- Experiments: A/B testing of prompts, hybrid search, multimodal models.
- Scaling: start with 2000 tours and scale to 50,000+ tours across three destinations.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience with production LLM applications: built RAG systems or chatbots based on GPT/Claude.
- Expert-level prompt engineering: maximize model performance through prompt structure.
- Experience with embeddings and vector search: understand similarity search and hybrid search.
- Production-level Python: write clean, maintainable code.
