Responsibilities
As a Lead AI/ML Engineer, you will:
- Develop and optimize LLM applications
- Implement RAG systems and chatbots
- Utilize prompt engineering techniques
- Work with embeddings and vector search
- Lead AI projects and collaborate with teams
- Communicate complex ideas simply
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience with production LLM applications
- Expertise in prompt engineering
- Proficiency in Python
- Knowledge of embeddings and vector search
- Experience with computer vision and multimodal models
- Understanding of MLOps and recommendation systems
- Strong product thinking and decision-making skills
