Job description
Sber is looking for a Lead Automation Tester (Python) to enhance the testing team for network equipment, manage automation processes, and ensure quality in testing.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Strengthening the existing network equipment testing team, leading a dedicated team;
- Managing the automation processes of the existing manual test base, controlling and analyzing execution results, optimizing these processes;
- Ensuring operational analysis of testing results, identifying and documenting defects, preparing necessary reports;
- Tracking team performance metrics and growth of the automated test base;
- Measuring and improving the quality of automated tests and their execution speed;
- Interacting with adjacent teams to coordinate work and eliminate obstacles;
- Improving testing processes and methods.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience with networks, Linux, development tools, task and defect management;
- At least 5 years in testing, with no less than 1.5 years in a Lead role (managing 3-4 people);
- Experience in recruiting and motivating employees;
- Experience in automation using Python + Pytest (fixtures, plugins, parameterization, test structure), excellent understanding of abstractions;
- Experience with asyncio, aiohttp, sqlalchemy, scapy, scrapli, asyncssh;
- Good understanding of development and testing processes;
- Organizational skills, systematic thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail;
- Experience in testing complex high-load systems is a plus.
