Responsibilities
- Translate complex financial and crypto concepts into clear, compelling design.
- Own visual output across external communications.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to influence product decisions.
- Understand customer needs with the customer success team.
- Manage end-to-end user journey and design execution.
- Provide mentorship and design feedback.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Sketch, After Effects, Figma.
- Attention to detail and mastery in visual, interaction, and motion design.
- Understanding of design standards across iOS, Android, and Web.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Conditions
- Base pay between $145,000 - $180,000.
- Eligible for performance bonus, equity, and benefits package.
