We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer with 5-6+ years of experience in data engineering and at least 1 year in a leadership role. Remote work available with relocation options.

- 5–6+ years in data engineering
- Minimum 1 year in a leadership role (1–2 people supervised)
- Expertise in Azure (Synapse, Data Lake Gen2, SQL Managed Instance), PySpark/Python, SQL
- Designing DWH (schemas, ETL/ELT, raw/silver/gold layers)
- Proactive, excellent communication, ability to argue with clients, product-oriented approach
- English B2
- Plus: understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, financial calculations.
