Responsibilities
- Architect the digital presence and take ownership of brand and marketing web projects.
- Steer the direction of marketing site designs and enhancements.
- Integrate AI-driven design tools and advanced Figma variables.
- Create demos, comps, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with various teams to solve design problems.
- Oversee visual QA and ensure design intention and scalability.
- Lead and mentor a team of visual designers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in web and digital product design.
- Mastery of Figma, Webflow, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and collaboration with engineers.
- Product and systems thinking capabilities.
- Awareness of digital accessibility standards.
- Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills.
