Responsibilities
- You will be the key person between the product, AI system, and real social media channels:
- Creating and launching new channels (YouTube / IG / TikTok / FB)
- Manual setup and connection of accounts
- Interaction with platforms (FB / TikTok / Meta / YouTube) for emails, requests, obtaining access / API / permissions
- Operational management of channels through system tools
- Monitoring statistics, logs, and experiment results
- Transforming abstract tasks ("create a channel about X") into specific actions and settings
- Working with AI tools (active interaction through Claude / ChatGPT-like systems)
- Setting up and testing content hypotheses
- Finding and resolving issues in publication / automation processes
Requirements
- Experience managing YouTube / TikTok / Instagram projects
- Experience with content automation or marketing stacks
- Basic video production experience
- Understanding of growth / SMM / performance logic
- Experience working in a startup / R&D / product team
Conditions
- 5/2 schedule, 8-hour workday (1-hour break).
