Job description
We are developing a 3D third-person game focused on systemic gameplay and variability in gameplay.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop core gameplay (AI, interactions, player abilities).
- Design systems: NPC behavior, sandbox interactions.
- Level design: creating immersive spaces, routes, points of interest.
- Create varied gameplay scenarios.
- Balance and tune game systems.
- Work in Unreal Engine 5:
- work with C++
- set up Blueprint logic
- work with data and parameters
- prototype mechanics
- Set tasks for the team and synchronize development.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a game designer.
- Must have experience bringing a project to release.
- Confident experience with Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints, system setup, independent implementation of mechanics).
- Skills in system design (AI, sandbox, emergent gameplay).
- Experience with Git or similar tools.
- Ability to take responsibility for decisions and lead the direction.
