- Develop Uplift models, propensity models, and contact policies
- Validate current algorithms, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
- Manage tasks from data collection to production, applying best development practices
- Prioritize and implement tasks in collaboration with the analytics lead and product team
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Understanding of the full lifecycle of an ML model
- Ability to autonomously manage tasks from hypothesis to release
- Proactive in generating improvement ideas for models and products, capable of driving initiatives to working solutions
