Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers and researchers in ML projects.
- Participate in designing ML system architecture and selecting technology stacks.
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best engineering practices.
- Interact with business clients and analysts to clarify requirements.
- Control project stages, plan tasks, and estimate timelines.
- Mentor junior specialists and participate in hiring.
- Develop key components when necessary.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial development experience, with 1-2 years as a team lead.
- Deep knowledge of Python and major ML/Data Science libraries.
- Proficiency with service development libraries.
- Experience deploying ML models in production.
- Knowledge of microservice architecture principles.
- Experience with docker, k8s, helm, git, CI/CD.
- Ability to organize team development processes.
- Understanding of the full ML product lifecycle.
