Responsibilities
• Communication with SMB and Enterprise clients.
• Preparation and coordination of meetings.
• Control of implementations and integrations.
• Gathering requirements from clients.
• Monitoring follow-up and next steps.
• Coordination between clients, onboarding clients on the platform.
• Preparation of commercial proposals, NDAs, contracts, invoices.
• Maintaining CRM and internal processes.
• Monitoring deadlines and task execution.
• Assisting the founder in the company's operational processes.
Requirements
