Job description
Join an early-stage AI startup as a Lead Operations / Founder Associate in Almaty. Engage with SMB and Enterprise clients, coordinate meetings, and assist in operational processes.
Responsibilities
• Communication with SMB and Enterprise clients. • Preparation and coordination of meetings. • Control of implementations and integrations. • Gathering requirements from clients. • Monitoring follow-up and next steps. • Coordination between clients, onboarding clients on the platform. • Preparation of commercial proposals, NDAs, contracts, invoices. • Maintaining CRM and internal processes. • Monitoring deadlines and task execution. • Assisting the founder in the company's operational processes.
Requirements
• Highly organized. • Quick learner. • Comfortable with chaos and uncertainty. • Able to make decisions independently. • Structured thinking and writing skills. • Results-oriented. • Effective communication with businesses and clients. • Technically literate (understands IT, not necessarily a developer). • Experience in SaaS / AI / CRM / Automation is a big plus. • Experience with enterprise clients. • Experience in implementing IT products. • English language proficiency. • Experience in a startup environment.
