Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience in CX/Growth analytics for 5+ years, including 1+ year in a TL/mentor role
- Deep understanding of Unit Economics and P&L, with attribution case studies
- Extensive experience in conducting research and interviews (PMF, Benchmarks, JTBD, CustDev)
- Experience in experiment design (A/B, Causal Inference, Uplift) and statistical criteria selection
- Experience in collecting and harmonizing Metrics Tree, defining NSM for product groups
- Advanced SQL (complex joins, window functions, optimization) and ETL/ELT
- Strong Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy, scipy statistical methods)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Superset, or similar)
