Lightspark is building the open payment protocol for the Internet making money move like data: instantly, globally, and without friction. With enterprise tools like Grid, Node, and Spark, businesses can send and receive money instantly, securely, and at a fraction of the cost, anytime, anywhere. Responsibilities
### What you'll do
- Build the product.
- Own the design of Spark's developer-facing tools, dashboards, and wallet experiences.
- Ship prototypes and demos.
- Build functional, high-fidelity prototypes that show partners and prospects what Spark can do.
- Create marketing and launch assets.
- Design and build pages, visuals, and materials that communicate Spark's capabilities.
- Work across Lightspark.
- Contribute to the broader Lightspark product and brand alongside three other designers.
- Use AI to move faster.
- Use tools like Cursor and Claude to prototype and iterate on UI.
Requirements
### Who you are
- Minimum 5+ years of experience shipping high-quality digital products at a product-driven company.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills.
- Fluent with AI-assisted design and development workflows.
- Experience designing for technical audiences: developers, platform teams, or infrastructure products.
- Self-directed and able to take a loosely defined problem and build fast.
### Preferred
- Experience with crypto, payments, fintech, or developer tools.
- Familiarity with Bitcoin, Lightning, stablecoins, or L2 networks.
- Comfortable working in or around code (HTML/CSS/JS).
- A portfolio that includes prototypes, demos, or interactive experiences.
- Experience on a small design team where you wore multiple hats.
