Job description
The Digital Services Department develops an ecosystem of internal and external web services for the company: from corporate portals and personal accounts to electronic document management, service, and partner solutions. We create and support digital products for employees, clients, and partners, as well as develop educational and marketing platforms (internships, events, conferences).
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing service portal enhancements.
- Researching target audiences and competitors.
- Defining key product metrics.
- Collecting and processing content for website placement.
- Formulating and testing product hypotheses: customer development, A/B testing, UX tests, etc.
- Managing the product backlog: filling, prioritizing, considering product economics and strategy.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a product manager/product owner in IT companies (experience in IT vendors and integrators is preferred).
- Successful product cases in the IT B2B, B2C segment.
- Proficiency in product metrics.
- Strong analytical skills: able to solve problems based on data analysis, formulate hypotheses, and measure the impact of implemented changes.
- Experience with tools: Jira, Figma, metrics.
