### What you'll be working on - Leading a cross-functional team to discover, scope, and create high-impact improvements to our user flows focussed on lifting conversion - Hunting down friction and blockers across the customer journey and resolving it - Setting the bar for user experience and championing it across the organisation - Defining the KPIs that matter and using them to guide data-driven decisions - Building out an analytics setup that supports fast, informed decision-making - Partnering closely with engineering, design, and marketing to shape a customer-focused roadmap - Owning the product development lifecycle and ensuring delivery stays on time and on budget - Engaging executives, customers, and partners to gather feedback and build alignment on product direction - Coaching and motivating your team to grow and hit their goals

### What you'll bring - A proven track record as a Senior or Lead Product Manager on a global digital product. Fintech product management strongly preferred but not essential. - Direct B2C and payments experience, this is essential. - Experience in a fast-moving scale-up or start-up environment. - Deep fluency across the product development lifecycle: discovery, delivery, continuous discovery, hypothesis validation, and running experiments - Zero-to-one experience shipping a consumer-facing product, ideally in a regulated environment - A genuinely data-driven mindset - you can identify the metrics that matter, dig into their drivers, and evaluate the success of your work (and your team's) - The ability to lead strategically while staying hands-on when it counts - Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams - Strong analytics skills paired with sound UX instincts, including conversion optimisation - Fluency with AI tools and a sharp instinct for where they actually move the needle in a product workflow - Excellent communication, the confidence to push back positively when needed, and an ability to work well with diverse teams - An appetite for challenging but rewarding work.
