Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of compliance, AML, and fraud detection capabilities. - Build and enhance controls across the policy lifecycle. - Develop intelligent monitoring systems for suspicious transaction patterns. - Define and deliver AML/KYC features. - Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Operations. - Guide integrations with external fraud, AML, and identity platforms. - Build internal tools for case management and alert resolution. - Drive a culture of risk-aware product development. - Support fraud and AML incident response. - Stay current on regulatory shifts and fraud trends.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product management related to fraud prevention, AML, KYC, or regulatory compliance. - Strong understanding of fraud prevention techniques and tools. - Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards. - Experience integrating third-party compliance/risk tools via APIs. - Ability to collaborate across legal, security, engineering, and data teams. - Technical literacy in secure architecture and data pipelines. - Process-minded with a knack for building scalable systems.
