Job description
We are looking for a Lead QA with at least 3 years of manual testing experience and leadership skills to manage a QA team. Remote work or office in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities
• Manual testing of mobile products
• Team management and personnel work
• Participation in sprint and release planning, release management
• Writing and reviewing test cases, checklists, and test documentation
• Improving QA processes, tools, and pipelines
• Conducting technical interviews and onboarding new specialists
Requirements
• 3+ years of manual testing experience, with at least 1 year in a lead role
• Experience managing a team of 3-5 people
• Strong knowledge of development and testing pipelines
• Mobile testing experience on various devices
• Proficiency with Git and Unity
• Skills in writing test cases, checklists, and test strategies
• Independence, initiative, and strong communication skills
