Sber is looking for a Lead QA for their HR platform in St. Petersburg. The role involves managing the QA team and ensuring high product quality.
Responsibilities

- Manage the QA and AQA team
- Analyze and maintain the testing model
- Review automated tests
- Review test cases
- Keep automated tests and test cases up to date
- Analyze Allure testing reports
- Collaborate with product and service teams to ensure high product quality
- Control the lifecycle of identified defects.
Requirements
### Requirements
- At least five years of experience in software testing
- Experience in team management
- Deep knowledge of Python 3.9+, pytest, experience with fixtures and hooks
- Experience with Selenium (or Playwright)
- Experience with databases, SQL, SQLAlchemy or another ORM
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of front-end technologies in the React stack (HTML, CSS, JS, React)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
- Experience with Kafka.
