We are looking for a Lead/Senior AQA Engineer with over 5 years of experience in AQA, strong test strategy background, and team management skills.
Responsibilities
### Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance QA strategy for multiple projects.
- Build and maintain QA processes and standards (DoD, regression, release criteria).
- Advance test automation (UI/API/integration).
- Mentor junior and middle QA/AQA.
- Participate in the project as Senior AQA.
- Implement and scale AI support in QA/AQA.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Delivery.
Requirements
### Requirements
- Experience with AI tools.
- 5+ years in AQA, including Senior or Lead role.
- Strong background in test strategy and automation.
- Experience managing a team of 10+.
- Practical experience in UI/API/integration testing.
- Understanding of CI/CD and QA's role in the delivery pipeline.
- Automation experience with JS/TS, Playwright.
- Clear thinking and strong communication skills.
